Over the past 13 years, I’ve immersed myself in learning the healing power of
yin yoga, essential oils and NLP on the physical and emotional body.
My mission is to teach you these tools to bring about the balance you want.
As a yin yoga specialist & doTERRA Wellness Advocate, I focus on physical and emotional healing, teaching students and teachers how to use this powerful mix of meridian theory and essential oils, and for those who love to move people from being stuck conversationally — metaphor therapy.
I’m an ERYT-200 and YACEP, qualified as a Hatha and Yin yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance USA, and an NLP Master Practitioner, having studied with co-founder Dr. Richard Bandler and the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming (USA & UK, 2012-2015)
I’ve spent the last 8 years in personal lab researching the perimenopausal transition, digestive health and weight management.
My aim is to make yin yoga accessible as much as possible, helping you adapt shapes to your needs. Also, I lay a solid foundation of the energy meridians and elements, helping you deepen your practice. I use my NLP language skills while on the mat to shift limiting beliefs and conditioning for when you step into the ‘real’ world.

Yin Yoga & Acu Points
Many people don’t realise how much more there is to a yin yoga practice than staying in a pose for time. The gentle stress that a pose exerts, activates energy channels, removing blockages and getting chi to flow. It also helps strengthen joints and make the body more flexible.
More than anything, this practice helps build more awareness of your body in space and an intimate listening to what’s going on inside — physically and emotionally.
By ‘sitting with discomfort’ one creates new neural pathways — better responses to old triggers.
By allowing the breath to be your teacher, you learn to navigate and build a practice for yourself, as I create the connects between western and eastern sciences.
Elements, Meridians, Chakras & EOs
I’ve come to respect the quiet knowing that essential oils possess and their individual personalities. These potent healers bring about balance at various layers of the body — the Gross, Energetic, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual.
As a doTERRA Wellness Advocate since Feb 2020, I work to educate you on safe use of the world’s purest essential oils, to understand that each oil has its own chemistry and how to pick the ones for you.
I’m looking for people who really care about holistic health. You don’t need to know everything about essential oils yet, but need to be very willing to learn.
NLP-the mind body connection
Yin Yoga is based in Daoist philosophy where everything in life contains yin and yang components — an interplay — on either side of the middle point, ‘The Dao’ — ever present.
It’s more than balance — it’s about being in harmony with everything.
I help you track patterns of dis-harmony — beliefs, strategies, ways of interpreting experiences — and applying mind and body hacks to change the way you’re thinking to give you more choice and take better actions.
I might use NLP Metaphors to explore a certain stuck state you find yourself in or teach you how to challenge your own beliefs to change your mind 🙂
